Becoming a Diamond Mowers dealer is a simple process. Follow these steps to join our network:
- Submit your online application form.
- Our team will review your application and contact you for further information.
- Once approved, gain access to the exclusive Diamond on Demand portal and other resources.

Priority Parts Program
At Diamond Mowers, we know that minimizing downtime is critical. That’s why we created our Priority Parts Program—a carefully selected collection of over 400 essential parts most commonly needed for maintenance and service. By keeping these key components in stock, our dealers ensure faster service, improved efficiency, and reduced operational costs. With the right parts always on hand, you can keep your equipment running at peak performance when it matters most.
Priority Parts Program Guarantee
The Priority Parts Program applies to orders with a Next Day Air shipping selected and is a qualified part. We agree to have this part shipped out to the customer no later than 72 hours (the clock begins the next business day after the order is placed Monday- Thursday). If we fail to meet this requirement the freight will be issued back to the customer.
To qualify for credit, the order must meet the following conditions:
- A Priority Parts Customer Order is shipped after the agreed upon order due date
- The Customer Order has a shipping method of Next Day Air
- Qualifying orders that don’t meet these conditions will be credited on a monthly basis
*Does not include dealer stocking orders or stock up and save
